**Job Summary**:
The Office Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the organization professionally and courteously. This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming communications, providing administrative support, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:

- Greet visitors, clients, and employees warmly and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.

**Administrative Support**:

- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and organize documents, files, and records.
- Assist with data entry, correspondence, and reports as required.
