**Job Title: Admin cum Receptionist**

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
- Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with inventory management and office supplies ordering.
- **Communication**:
- Handle correspondence and communication within the office.
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
- **Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist in maintaining company policies and procedures documentation.
- **Team Support**:
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with projects and tasks as needed.
- Support the HR team with onboarding and employee-related activities.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or hospitality preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Professional demeanor and a customer-oriented attitude.
