Role: Receptionist cum office admin; Experience: 1 to 3 years; Work location: Koramangala 5th Block (near Jyothi Nivas College); (read, write, speak): Kannada, English; any Graduate.

Skills: Knowledge of use of PC, MS office apps, Must be Smart, Dynamic, possess good handwriting, oral & written communication skills, Multi tasking and manage day to day office needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties in Brief**:

- Perform regular Receptionist & office admin activities as per the job role and business needs, maintain various front desk registers, tracking of documents, manage office logistics, collaborate / co-ordinate with service providers, vendors as per office and business needs.
- digitisation of various real estate documents (scanning, reviewing, filing), update document registers online, etc.
- Manage customer and other related data, manage property bookings when received, reports preparation, etc.
- Manage various customer, real estate lands & other records, documentation both manually and digitally.
- Manage and monitor office support staff and day to day office needs, manage office cleanliness, stationary and other supplies, etc.
- Ability to develop skills on the job.
- Willing to learn and perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
