**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a Sales Manager, you’ll identify and develop franchisees, work closely with school management for tie-ups, preschool owners, and investors. Your goal is to build successful, profitable service in all aspect’s.
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES**:
- Present and hold meetings with prospective clients to highlight our services.
- Evaluate the suitability of potential franchise owners.
- Research to discover new franchise opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with schools and partners.
- Connect with franchisees through networking, events, and promotions.
- Drive sales growth and enroll more educational institutions.
- Provide training to new franchisees to ensure brand adherence.
- Offer ongoing support to franchisees and quickly address any issues.
**REQUIREMENT**:
- **Qualifications**:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 5+years (Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development, preferably in the educational sector. Demonstrated success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.)
**SKILLS**:
1.Strong understanding of the educational industry and it's dynamics.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
