**Job Summary**:
As a B2B Sales Freelancer, you will identify franchise opportunities, collaborate with school management and investors, and foster successful partnerships to expand our network.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct meetings and presentations for potential clients and partners.

2. Identify and onboard new franchise partners through market research.

3. Build and maintain relationships with schools and franchisees.

4. Achieve sales targets and ensure partner adherence to brand standards.

5. Provide training and ongoing support to franchise partners.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.

**Experience**:5+ years in B2B sales, franchise development, or business development (preferably in education).

**Skills**:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
