**Job Title: Sales Executive - B2B & B2C**

Location: Chennai

Position Type: Full-Time

Experience: 3-5 Years in B2B & B2C Sales

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the B2B and B2C sectors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals effectively
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of event management and experience in organizing sales events
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities
