**Position: B2B Sales Executive (Information and Technologies)**
**Overview**:
As a B2B Sales Executive specializing in Information and Technologies (IT), you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by establishing and maintaining strong business-to-business (B2B) relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on selling IT products, services, and solutions to businesses, leveraging your expertise to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that address their challenges and objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and research potential clients within the B2B sector, including businesses, organizations, and enterprises. Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach to generate leads and expand the client base.
**Needs Analysis**: Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with prospective clients to understand their IT requirements, pain points, and business objectives. Gather valuable insights to tailor solutions that align with their specific needs and goals.
**Solution Presentation**: Articulate the value proposition of IT products, services, and solutions to potential clients through engaging presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. Showcase how our offerings can address their challenges, improve efficiency, and drive business growth.
**Relationship Building**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations. Foster trust, credibility, and rapport through regular communication, personalized interactions, and exemplary customer service.
**Sales Negotiation**:Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals while meeting the needs and expectations of clients. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product specialists and legal advisors, to address client concerns and finalize agreements.
**Pipeline Management**:Manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and deal progress using CRM software. Prioritize activities and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales conversion rates and achieve revenue targets.
**Market Intelligence**:Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and market dynamics. Leverage market insights to identify new business opportunities, anticipate client needs, and position our solutions competitively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, including hardware, software, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and develop sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools and technologies.
Pay: ₹8,148.31 - ₹31,244.06 per month
