We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Techno-Commercial Executive to join our team at Seakol Biopharm Private Limited, a fast-growing company in the hydrocolloid market. The role involves combining sales, technical knowledge, and customer service to drive business growth.
**Experience**:0-2 Years
**Industry**:Pharmaceuticals / Food Grade Products (B2B)
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research**:Identify and research potential B2B buyers for alginate products (food and pharma grade).
**Client Coordination**: Engage with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and coordinate the entire sales process.
**Closing Deals**: Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements with clients.
**Client Visits**: Occasionally visit client sites if necessary to provide in-person demonstrations and build relationships.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, biotechnology, or a related field.
Strong communication skills(English and Hindi) and a passion for sales.
Ability to understand and explain technical product details to clients.
Basic knowledge of the pharma or food industries is an advantage.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
**Skills Required**:
Strong research and analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
Excellent telephone etiquette and client interaction abilities.
Ability to multi-task and handle client coordination smoothly.
Understanding of B2B sales dynamics.
