**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s B2B customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for account growth.
- **Sales Analysis & Reporting**:
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- **Team Support & Training**:
- Support the sales team in day-to-day activities, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Assist in training and onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration within the sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Market Research & Competitive Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Assist in managing sales documentation, including contracts, proposals, and client records.
- Ensure that CRM systems and sales databases are up to date with accurate client and sales information
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
