Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated freshers to join our B2B sales team as Field Sales Executives. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging with potential business clients, presenting our product offerings, and closing sales to achieve targets. As a field sales executive, you will be the face of our company, driving growth and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

- Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.

2. Sales Presentations:

- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our products/services.
- Tailor product pitches to meet the specific needs of potential clients.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of deals.

4. Market Research:

- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management about market conditions and product demand.

5. Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

6.Field Visits:

- Conduct field visits to client locations for meetings and presentations.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

7. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Freshers with a strong desire to build a career in B2B sales.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
