Launched in June 2020, branchX is India's first neo-banking solution, enabling empathetic banking for migrant communities. Our vision is to transform the way underbanked communities manage money with a ‘hand-holding grid’ aided by intelligent technologies. **Where do you come into the picture?**

An enthusiast with a pleasing personality who can assist the CEO and also manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the office and who can act as an office in-charge in the absence of the CEO.

1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

2. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the CEO

5. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

6. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

7. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

8. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

9. Assist colleagues whenever necessary

10. Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings

11. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

12. Plans, coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office

**Desirables**:
1. Proven experience of 3-4 years as an **office administrator**, office assistant, or relevant role

2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

3. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

5. Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
