Executive Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management at Syncup. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- Office Management: Handle office management duties, such as maintaining supplies, managing vendors, and overseeing office maintenance.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and distribute executive-level reports, presentations, and documents.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Act as the point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Manage confidential information and ensure discretion at all times.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.
- General Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Internal and External Inquiries: Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Communication and Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate communication within the office and across departments.
- HR Support: Provide support for HR-related tasks, including onboarding new employees and managing personnel records.
- Office Events: Assist in organizing office events, trainings, and team-building activities.
- Office Procedures and Workflows: Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and workflows.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
- Administrative Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a senior management support role.
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to manage confidential information and ensure discretion at all times.
