Job Description

The IT Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Vontier's IT function. This position will be responsible for directing and carrying out day-to-day IT-related office administration activities at the Bangalore office, as well as supporting similar activities for the global Vontier IT function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and deliver all Vontier IT-related communications across the globe.
  • Manage the invoice administration function for Vontier IT-related services and support.
  • Arrange global Vontier IT meetings and provide relevant IT-related assistance to the Vontier IT Leadership team.
  • Carry out office management tasks at the Bangalore office, including office access, meeting arrangements, and catering.
  • Manage office security access for IT associates, contractors, and visitors at the Bangalore office.
  • Arrange Vontier IT virtual meetings and meetings at the Bangalore office.
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure availability at the Bangalore office.
  • Arrange transport for international IT team visitors to the Bangalore office.
  • Ensure that building access and security procedures are maintained and followed by the Vontier IT staff at the Bangalore office.
Requirements
  • A relevant vocational education and training qualification, or equivalent work experience, or appropriate professional certifications.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, typically with 5 years of work experience.
  • Office 365 proficiency.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
