Administrative Assistant

At Goldman Sachs, we are currently seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to support our India Legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in administration and be able to multitask effectively.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and organized individual to join our team in Bengaluru. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining calendars, prioritizing meeting requests, and providing support to the India Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed calendars and prioritize meeting requests
- Provide legal spend management support and manage legal billing
- Book travel arrangements and manage expenses
- Coordinate internal meetings and form relationships with senior leaders
- Implement divisional policies and provide guidance to the team
- Maintain a strong understanding of firm policies and handle certain issues independently
- Participate in general administrative duties and take on ad-hoc requests
Requirements
- 3+ years of Admin Assistant experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to unexpected events
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and confidentiality
