Customer Success Executive

The Zemé Fresh prides itself on the level of service delivered. The customer Success team is responsible for handling new customers, managing their queries and handling delivery of at - home salon services.
- You will be the single point contact for all new customers in handling their questions and bookings.
- Your sole focus will be for making the booking process for customers absolutely seamless.
- Understanding the value proposition of the brand and representing the same in front of the customer.
- Being process oriented and coming up with new strategies to streamline sales funnel.
- Take high ownership of the role and coming up with innovative ways to improve the team performance

**Salary**: From ₹17,000.00 per month
