**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Assist in organizing and attending marketing events
- Collaborate & develop and implement new marketing strategies
- Assist in building strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and work with sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Assist in serving as a point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and effective communication.
- Support the team in conducting regular check-ins with customers to review progress, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute customer success plans, including onboarding, adoption, and retention strategies.
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and use that knowledge to provide guidance and support to customers.
- Assist in delivering product demos and training sessions to help customers maximize the value of their investment.

**Job Requirement**

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Content writing & Copywriting - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to lear
