Must Have:

Experience working with clients in the UK or other international markets.

Proven experience (4-6 years) in customer success, account management, or a related role,

with a specific focus on supporting SAAS (software as a service) business, GenAI

technologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal

teams.

Leadership skills to establish and manage a customer success programs in India.

Familiarity with onboarding processes and conducting client training sessions.

Experience with using technology/ticket systems to manage large number of clients.

Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to client challenges promptly.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with proven problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of the Generative Ai tools or similar technologies.

Understanding of customer success best practices and industry trends.

Experience in developing and implementing customer success strategies.

Technical background to support in more detailed product queries.

Ability to contribute to product improvement by gathering client feedback.

Note: While the must-have capabilities are essential for success in this role, possessing good-to-have

capabilities will be considered a plus and can contribute to the candidates overall suitability.
