**Position**: Customer Success Specialist

**Location**: Mumbai (Onsite)

**Position Description**:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Locobuzz, you will be responsible for guiding new
customers through the onboarding process, maintaining strong customer relationships, and
ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services. You will act as a customer
advocate within the company, provide expert product advice, proactively engage with
customers, and drive customer retention and growth.
