**Designation**: Customer Success Officer
**Position Overview**:
We want a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer
Success Manager. As a Customer Success Manager, a person will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and upcoming customers. Their primary objective will be to understand customer challenges, address their concerns, and ensure their overall success with our products and services. By acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, the officer will work collaboratively to resolve technical, clinical, and marketing-related issues, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and retention.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Identify customer challenges**: Proactively engage with customers to identify any technical, clinical, or marketing issues they may be facing. Actively listen to their concerns to ensure a thorough understanding of their challenges.
- **Problem-solving and coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support, clinical team, and marketing, to develop effective solutions and strategies for addressing customer challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating efforts across departments to resolve issues promptly.
- **Customer feedback and advocacy**: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, and insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- **Interacting with the customers to understand what areas need improvement.**:
- **Dealing with customer’s issues and churning out an easy to follow solution.**:
- **Establishing a positive rapport with all the clients and customers in person / on call.**:
- **Communicating in a manner to ensure they have a desirable & shareable experience.**
**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
