**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth adoption of products/services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and addressing their needs.
- Stay informed about product features and updates to provide accurate assistance.
- Collect customer feedback to inform improvements in products and services.
- Monitor customer usage, engagement, and satisfaction to identify optimization and upselling opportunities.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and resolve cross-functional issues.
**Skills & Qualifications**
**Essential Requirements**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Empathy and patience in customer interactions.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.

- Experience with retail ERP systems.
