Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories or industries.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

3. Conduct needs assessments to understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.

4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.

5. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to align sales strategies.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

8. Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and provide regular progress reports.

9. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

**Requirements**:
1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in Ecommers fashion.

2. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of the sales process, negotiation techniques, and closing strategies.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to build rapport with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
