**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive - B2B Sales (Vadodara Location)
**Work Hours**: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
**Job Location**: Chhani, Vadodara
**Job Type**: Full-time.

With a focus on innovation and quality, the company is expanding its team in Vadodara and looking for talented Field Sales Executives to join its growing sales force.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct B2B sales by meeting wholesalers and distributors (retail and project distributors) to promote and sell products.
- Travel to key locations, such as Noida, Pune, Nashik, Bangalore, and others, for client meetings (50% travel and 50% office-based work).
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and client needs to enhance sales strategies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Experience**: 0-1 year of experience in field sales, B2B sales, or retail sales. Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach and a natural ability to take ownership.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a dynamic environment.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and tools.
