**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing B2B clients, including retailers, distributors, and business partners. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our product offerings.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**: Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the men’s clothing sector.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Effectively communicate product value to clients and address any queries or concerns.
- **Negotiation & Contract Management**: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, prepare proposals, and close deals. Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with company policies and objectives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and high levels of client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the clothing or fashion industry. Freshers can also apply.
- **Skills**: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of the clothing manufacturing process, market trends, and B2B sales strategies. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
