We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled **Executive Assistant,** should be a young, proactive individual with substantial experience in executive support roles. This position demands exceptional **proficiency in English, strong organizational skills**, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will be expected to maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage and prioritize incoming requests and communications to ensure timely responses and effective management of the Director’s time.

**Meeting and Event Coordination**:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Organize and manage events, conferences, and travel arrangements for the Director.

**Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Exercise discretion and judgment in dealing with confidential matters and internal communications.

**Communication and Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents with impeccable grammar and clarity.

**Project Management**:

- Assist with various projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and coordinating tasks as needed.
- Track progress and report on project status to ensure timely completion.

**Problem-Solving and Adaptability**:

- Handle unexpected issues and changes in priorities with composure and efficiency.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing work environments.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive support role or similar position.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in handling complex scheduling and administrative tasks.
