Location: Kanpur, Birhana Road
**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Screening and directing phone calls and correspondence
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations
- Conducting research and compiling data as required
- Maintaining office records and filing systems
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Providing administrative support to other staff members as needed
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Experience in back office operations will be an advantage
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
