Hi All,
We arr hiring for Customer Compliant Process, with 2+ years of exp with knowledge of CRM and Financle is required compulsory can apply.
- Good communication skills.
- Fair knowledge of CRM & Finacle.
- Understanding of branch banking / customer complaints/ fraud cases handling / deposits / CASA / loans/ ATM / credit cards / misleading sales etc. as desired by client.
- Fair knowledge in MS Excel / Word.
- Preparation of reports and on time submission to client officials
- To conduct meetings with clients in their location, to report to IBL Internal Ombudsman officer.
Adhering to the internal and Client’s disciplines, policies
