Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Providing general administrative support to staff
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
