**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Executive Support**:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, including compiling agendas and materials.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Oversee office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and team activities.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed.

**Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
