We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic **Executive** to assist in the **Founder's Office**. This position involves a variety of executive assistant (EA) tasks, working closely with the Founder to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.

**Job Title**: Executive - Founder's Office

**Location**: Hybrid (Andheri West)

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Experience**: 0-2 years

**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Founder, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize events, travel arrangements, and other necessary logistics.
- Assist in handling confidential information and ensure smooth workflow for the Founder's office.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required**:

- 0-2 years of experience in administrative or executive assistant roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Smart, proactive, and reliable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
