On the technology front, it seamlessly integrates with E-commerce platforms, offline retail outfits with kiosks, or independent mobile apps, it gives a real omnichannel experience the beauty and personal care.
Visual experiences product segments: Makeup try-on, Deep skin analysis, Embedded hairstyle, Hair color augmentation, and Foundation shade finder.
**Role Overview**:
As a **Founder’s Office Management Trainee**, you will work closely with the founders to support strategic initiatives, operations, and project management. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the inner workings of a fast-paced startup environment, contributing directly to high-priority projects that impact the growth and direction of the company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning & Execution**: Assist the Founder’s Office in driving company-wide initiatives, conducting research, and preparing presentations, reports, and business plans.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Perform data analysis, create dashboards, and deliver insights on key metrics to guide decision-making.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with day-to-day operations, and scheduling, for the founders.
- **Market & Industry Research**: Conduct research on trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support strategic recommendations, go to market strategy.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting, finance, startups, or technology is a plus.
