Job Overview:

Looking for an enthusiastic and driven Founders Office Trainee to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, gaining exposure to various aspects of startup operations, strategy, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Insights:

Conduct market research to support strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.

Compile and analyze data on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

Project Assistance:

Assist in the planning and execution of key projects, contributing to timelines and deliverables.

Collaborate with different departments to gather insights and facilitate project progress.

Administrative Support:

Help manage the daily operations of the Founders Office, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and summarize key takeaways for the team.

Communication & Coordination:

Support internal and external communications, ensuring timely information flow.

Assist in organizing events, workshops, and team-building activities.

Learning & Development:

Engage in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in entrepreneurship and business management.

Provide feedback and insights on operational processes and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with project management tools.

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous internship or experience in a startup environment or related field.

Passion for entrepreneurship and an interest in business strategy.
