Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founder's Office Executive. The Founder's Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the founder in daily activities, managing schedules, coordinating with different departments, conducting research and data analysis, preparing presentations, and handling confidential information. The role will also involve working on strategic initiatives, attending meetings, and helping to implement organizational strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with research and data analysis
  • Experience in a similar executive support role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Familiarity with the technology industry and digital transformation is a plus
