About the Role

This is not a conventional HR or recruiter role — it's an entry point into the Founder's Office.

You'll work directly with the Founders on everything from talent acquisition to special projects, operations, and culture building.

While your primary focus will be identifying and attracting great talent, you'll also be pulled into cross-functional initiatives — campaign launches, research projects, and internal systems setup — as we build a young, hungry, and high-ownership core team.

It's an opportunity to learn the inner workings of a startup from day zero and grow alongside the founding team.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Founders to define hiring needs across business, creative, and tech functions.
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and evaluation using Rizza's proprietary frameworks (JD Match, Communication, Culture, Technical).
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination — from job postings to offer roll-outs.
  • Support Founders in building the internal hiring systems and processes for scale.
  • Take ownership of special projects across research, operations, brand communication, or partnerships — depending on bandwidth and interest.
  • Contribute to the creation of dashboards, reports, and culture documentation.
  • Act as a bridge between the Founders and external partners, clients, and candidates.

What You'll Bring

  • 1 – 4 years of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or startup environments.
  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A do-whatever-it-takes attitude — eager to learn, stretch, and take initiative beyond your job title.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and modern HR/recruitment tools.
  • Curiosity about new-age hiring, people strategy, and startup building.
