Equalifi plays a key role in guiding the development of the financial services sector by working with key industry participants and promoting best practices in leadership and talent development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Founder's Office- Management Trainee at Equalifi. The Management Trainee will be responsible for supporting the founder's office in day-to-day operations, project management, stakeholder communication, and strategic planning. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and globally recognized finance education organization.Candidates with prior experience in education sales, memberships, events, financial research and content development, business development and strategy would be an ideal fit.QualificationsProject Management and Stakeholder Communication skillsAbility to assist in strategic planning and operationsAnalytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelors/ Masters degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldExperience in the finance industry is a plusAnnual CTCINR 3 Lakhs +VariableTo apply, please mail your CV to careers@equalifi.org
