This is not a routine 9–5. It’s an accelerated role for someone hungry to learn, grow, and be part of building something that has never existed before.What You’ll Do:- Sales & Business Development- Manage and close inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.- Understand customer needs deeply and guide them into the right Defyn journey.- Marketing & Client Servicing- Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships.- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal team to ensure smooth delivery.- Track marketing performance and customer insights.- Founder’s Office Execution- Act as the bridge between the Founder and clients/prospects.- Manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.- Take ownership of special projects that drive growth.Who You Are- 2–3 years of experience in marketing / business development / client servicing (agency background preferred).- Strong communication skills — articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.- Smart, quick learner, high on energy, able to handle multiple things at once.- Comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.- Someone who thrives on responsibility and is not afraid to get hands dirty.Why Join Us- Be part of building India’s first brain-science based Level Up company.- Direct exposure to the Founder — steep learning curve across sales, marketing & growth.- A role designed for ownership, visibility, and accelerated growth — not just a job.- Grow, faster than you can ever imagine
