By leveraging cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions, we are committed to redefining the path to owning a home through the power of rent.Designation: Founder's Office Working: Work from OfficeLocation: Mumbai, MaharashtraJob Description & Position Overview:As Chief of Staff, you'll work closely with the Founder, driving alignment across teams, ensuring execution excellence, and helping scale operations. You'll work closely on high-impact projects, investor relations, and cross-functional initiatives that shape RentenPe's next growth phase.Roles & Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Founder: Work closely with the Founder on business priorities, decision-making, and execution of strategic initiatives.- Cross-Functional Alignment: Ensure coordination across product, marketing, finance, and HR teams to keep projects on track and aligned with company goals.- Execution & OKR Management: Track organisational goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of key outcomes.- Project Leadership / Management: Drive and manage high-impact projects, advisory engagements, including new launches, partnerships, and process improvements.- Operational Efficiency: Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and establish scalable processes for growth.- Market research & Understanding: keep tabs on the market pulse for current and new competition, Global peers, key trends, regulatory changes and other areas relevant to RentenPe and the Founder.- Data-Driven Insights: Hands-on with Company-wide MIS, including revenue performance, funds usage and more.
