Personal Assistant/secretary

Efficiently managing and prioritizing the busy schedules of the Managing Director and Regional Director, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements across different time zones. Ensure they are well-prepared and informed for all engagements.
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, both internal and external, including setting up conference calls, video conferences, and virtual meetings across multiple time zones. Prepare agendas, collate meeting materials, and take minutes when required.
- Arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements. Anticipate potential issues and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth travel experiences for the executives.
- Acting as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members. Build and maintain professional relationships and ensure timely and effective communication.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and exercising discretion when handling sensitive information,ensuring the privacy and integrity of executive discussions and company matters.
- Providing support on special projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams,monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handling various administrative tasks, such as expense management, document filing, record keeping, and office supply management. Streamline administrative processes and implement efficient systems where necessary.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
