Looking for a Secretary with 2-5 years of experience with (Age group of 25 -35 years.
- Servicing & supporting day-to-day operational work & administrative tasks of the Managing Director
- Should have excellent communication skill (both oral and written). Should be proficient in English.
- basic knowledge of accounts will be an added advantage
- Should have advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word),
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Co-ordination of conference rooms, travel and stay arrangements
- Calendar management / appointments.
- Arranging meetings and making presentation for meetings, making minutes
**Key Skills**
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- High energy and keen willingness to learn
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Particularly Excel and Word)
