**Job Overview**

The Role is of a personal Assistant so will include 40 % personal schedules and work of the promoter and 60% Official Work assistance
- Calendar Management - Personal & official
- Scheduling meetings with stakeholders
- Documenting & circulating minutes of the meeting
- Handling Personal and official Travel Arrangements for the Promoter
- Filling and Documentation of all important documents and agreements
- Scrutinizing the vendor payments before releasing of payment
- Preparing necessary corporate presentations & reports as required
- MIS Preparation support
- Handling of phone call enquires and maintaining data base
- Handling all admin relative activities.

Candidature Requirement
- Any Graduate
- 3+ yrs experience in similar field of work
- Good with Microsoft Office
- Good influential & inter-personal skills
- Should be fluent in English
- Should have worked as a personal Assistant
- Position will be based at Corporate Office
- Sound health
- **Annual Salary Offered : upto 8lakhs**
- Current CTC
- In hand Salary
