- Accountable for Deliverables of Chemicals & Opex Materials & Services to meet Business Requirements & Supplier Relationship Management
Follow procurement process well in line with the SOP and procurement policy
- Handling the estimate request and arranging for cost competitive quotation from reliable suppliers
- Submitting comparative to Scientific team and coordinating for Indent processing
- PO Creation and circulation to suppliers with acknowledgement
- Coordination with Logistics and ensuring timely delivery with proper documentation
- Coordination with the Scientific In charges with the results & Analysis Reports on receipt and resolution of issues if any
- Ensuring timely payment processing of Suppliers in coordination with Finance
- Identify New Reputed Vendors and Negotiations for respective spend category.
- Timely submission of MIS reports as per Functional requirements
- Working on new projects as per requirement of Business
- Vendor management and consolidation.
- Consolidated orders and Open order.
