**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and resolve customer concerns or complaints by investigating the issue and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products, services, and policies to offer accurate information.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, including details of inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
- Provide feedback to the team or management on recurring issues to improve processes and products.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
