**Hiring Position ** - Customer Support - (CSE & CRM)

**Location** - Anna Nagar & T Nagar, Chennai.

**Experience** - 1 to 2 years minimum
**Start Date** - Immediate Joining

**Skill Set Required**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

**Eligibility**:

- Must have **Graduation **from any stream.
- Should have minimum **1 year** of experience into any Customer Support, Chat & Voice process.
- **Freshers** can also apply.
- Should be able to speak **Excellent in English & Tamil.**:

- Speaking **Hindi/ Malayalam/ Telugu/ Kannada **is an added advantage.
- Should have strong customer handling skills.
- **Immediate joiners **are required.
- Should be willing to do **Work from Office**.

**Must have**:
The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound calls, Chat & Voice process.
Experience in education counselling with good communication/Convincing Skills and Understanding of sales.
