**IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT**
**Overview**: We are seeking dedicated Female Customer Support Executives for our courier and cargo services department. This role focuses solely on providing exceptional customer service without any sales targets. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating shipments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. Additionally, we offer performance bonuses along with benefits such as PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance).
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in tracking shipments, providing updates on delivery status, and addressing any concerns or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations and logistics, to ensure seamless handling and timely delivery of shipments.
- Process customer orders accurately, including booking shipments, generating shipping labels, and arranging pickup and delivery schedules.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively, investigating issues and providing satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Educate customers about our services, pricing, policies, and any relevant updates or promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Adhere to company guidelines, service standards, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and quality service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the courier, logistics, or transportation sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and any other relevant languages, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive in addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Knowledge of courier and cargo services, shipping processes, and logistics terminology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as per business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
