- Proven experience in managing and growing an Instagram account for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram's features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design to create engaging visual content.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of Instagram initiatives.
- Adept at crisis management and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.
