As a Customer Relations Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and ensuring that our customers have a seamless and positive experience when interacting with our brand on Instagram. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our Instagram community, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining a professional, engaging, and responsive online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers on our Instagram account in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions to build strong customer relationships.
- Proven experience in managing and growing an Instagram account for a business or brand.
- Strong understanding of Instagram's features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design to create engaging visual content.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of Instagram initiatives.
- Adept at crisis management and conflict resolution.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools is a plus.

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
