**Job Title**: IT Service Sales Executive
**Location**: Rajkot, Gujarat
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify potential clients and market segments that can benefit from IT services.
- **Business Development**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new business.
- Generate leads, make sales presentations, and close sales deals.
- **Client Management**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding IT service solutions.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT services that add value.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge and Solution Selling**:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the IT services sector.
- Present IT solutions that address client challenges and align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions based on client requirements.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment in meeting client expectations.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or a technology environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of IT services (cloud computing, managed services, cybersecurity, software solutions, etc.).
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- **Sales Skills**:
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
**Desired Skills**:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
