**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development
have a proven track record in outbound sales within the IT industry. As
a BDE, you will be responsible for generating new business
opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and
driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities
campaigns, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with
potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting
tailored IT solutions.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to
achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential
markets, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals
and presentations to prospective clients.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline,
ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress towards targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to
align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless delivery
of solutions.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline
status, and revenue forecasts to the sales manager.
- The role will require fieldwork, including regular client meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound sales within the
IT industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related
field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate IT solutions to non-technical
clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
