**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct cold calling to identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads in the IT sector.
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and follow up on leads.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities and progress to management.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent the company.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on IT sales.
- Proven track record of achieving at least ₹50 lakh in sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in IT Sales.
- Additional language skills or certifications.
