Business Development Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, product presentations, and a strong understanding of ERP and CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and create new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Product Presentation: Deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
• CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update the CRM system with lead details, follow-up actions, and conversion progress.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and meet business targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-2 years in business development, with a focus on lead generation and product presentations.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple leads effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing client requirements and offering appropriate solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of ERP and CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or SAP.
• Experience in B2B sales or SaaS product presentations will be advantageous.
