Job Description :
We are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role combines digital sales, influencer marketing, and brand management to expand our client base, foster partnerships, and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and connect with potential clients, influencers, and sponsors through email, social media, and networking.
Sales & Negotiation: Create tailored proposals, pitch services, and negotiate contracts to establish long-term partnerships.
Brand & Campaign Management:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brands and celebrities across digital platforms.
Digital Sales:
Leverage online channels to drive sales, upsell services, and monitor performance metrics.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on trends, competitors, and strategies to enhance business growth.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong ties with clients, influencers, and agencies to ensure satisfaction and collaboration.
Reporting:
Track leads, sales progress, and campaign outcomes using CRM tools and prepare regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and willing to travel for events and client engagements.
