**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years of experience in B2B related field in the financial services industry

2. Very good interpersonal skills: sales personality, ability to maintain client interest,

ability to close deals with clients

3. Strong B2B connections in the industry with an existing network

4. Experience in selling payment solutions, liquidity or technology to brokers would be

viewed as an asset

5. Analytical and multitasking skills.

6. Well organised and detail oriented, able to track and report on progress on multiple

different tracks.

7. Proficiency with MS Office Suite

8. An ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and processes.

9. Knowledge of basic troubleshooting skills would be preferred.

10. Strong client-facing and communication skills.

11. A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
12. Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target

performance (KPI);
13. Proven ability to develop and implement a strategic business expansion plan.

14. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group

presentations.

15. Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes;

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
